Welcome to GM Auto LLC. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Business Overview

GM Auto LLC supplies automotive parts and accessories, including heavy and oversized mechanical components such as engines, transmissions, and related items. Due to the nature of these products, we operate on a local delivery–only model.

2. Orders & Payments

• Full payment is required before delivery for all orders.
• We do not offer cash on delivery (COD).
• Payments are securely processed through approved payment processors.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

3. Delivery Policy

• Delivery is local only due to weight, size, and freight handling requirements.
• Delivery scheduling occurs after payment confirmation.
• The customer must ensure:
  • Correct delivery address
  • Availability at the scheduled time
  • Proper unloading access (dock, forklift, or assistance if required)

4. Inspection & Acceptance

• Customers must inspect items at the time of delivery.

5. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once delivery is scheduled.
• Any cancellation requests prior to scheduling are subject to administrative and processing fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

GM Auto LLC is not responsible for:

• Incorrect vehicle compatibility selected by the customer
• Delays caused by customer unavailability or incorrect delivery details
• Damage caused after delivery acceptance

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable U.S. laws.
