Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of automotive parts, our return policy is strict and transparent.
1. All Sales Are Final
- All sales are final once delivery is completed and accepted.
- Used, installed, or altered parts are non-returnable.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- Incorrect item was delivered
- Item was damaged during transit
⚠️ Issues must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours with photo evidence.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical components
- Installed mechanical parts
- Special-order items
- Items damaged after delivery acceptance
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Delivery Costs
Delivery and freight charges are non-refundable.
